About (English)

I started spinning records in 1999. I inherited the love of music from my parents who
were classical and jazz music fans. Through a lot of exciting turns of my life
I ended up in the party scene of the Netherlands, in which I started a company Blitz in dance and entertainment, together with my best friend. And in that scene of course I met a lot of  great Dutch djs, who inspired me and now my passion is my profession.

Up to now I had lots of great gigs, like at the famous ‘iT’ in Amsterdam, Mysteryland, resident of the Rotterdam club Jackie RC, (now known as Club Vie), together with dj Fedde le Grand, and so on. Apart from my club gigs I am also weekly booked for company events, fashion shows and premiere parties. In 2008 I was the face of the promotion campaign ‘La City ’08’ for the city of Rotterdam.

My music is chill, lounge and nu-jazz. In clubs I play house music in different styles, mostly disco/vocal/deep and tech. Especially for company events i combine all these styles with top 40/commercial and dance classics. A lot of times I perform with musicians like percussion, saxophone and mc. Furthermore I am producing. This year I released my track ‘Feu Rouge’ and ‘Can You Feel’. ‘Can You Feel’ was the first release of my own label, ‘read my blitz’, which I started up with the very talented dj Soul de Marin.
